Audacious provides a platform to connect artists and clients for commission-based work in relation to web3, NFTs, and other creative content that helps the clients express themselves or deliver projects based on their requirements with help of talent found on the platform. To facilitate the process of connecting users, Audacious may collect certain information with permission of the users as outline below. We may combine personal information we receive from you with information we obtain from public sources, including the Solana blockchain and social media companies when you register with the Platform.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Account and contact information: Audacious may collect information for the purposes of account creating that includes your user name, email address, Solana wallet information, and links to your social media accounts such as Twitter and Discord.
Application and porfolio information: including links to your online portfolio/website, art submission, and responses to profile application (form) that identifies you as an artist on the platform.
Usage statistics: include how you use the Service and interact with public content on the Platform, content likes, engagement with other User, content you share from the Platform, actions you take, and people you interact with on the Platform.
Cryptocurrency payment data and transaction information: including transactions related to the Platform with use of electronic wallet extensions such as Phantom for processing cryptocurrency transactions and interacting with Solana programs related to the Platform.

2. Automatic Data Collection

The Platform and our service providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Services, our communications, and other online services such as: device data including IP address (and derived location), device name and operating system, browser type and settings, telecommunications provider, operating system, the date and time of Services use, and interactions with the Platform. Activity datasuch as information about your use of and actions on the Platform, including pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, frequency, and length of access.

Audacious does not share your information with any third-party providers and only uses the information you have provided for use with the Platform. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party.
